FightMyHOA is an AI-powered tool that analyzes HOA violation notices and generates informational reports. The Service is offered on a freemium basis: a free preview is available to all users, and a full report is available for a one-time payment of $9.99.

The information, analysis, and letters generated by FightMyHOA are for general informational purposes only and do not constitute legal advice. Using this Service does not create an attorney-client relationship.

We strongly recommend consulting a licensed real estate attorney before taking legal action or sending any dispute letter.

4. No Guarantee of Outcome

FightMyHOA makes no warranties regarding the accuracy or usefulness of any analysis. We do not guarantee that:

  • Any fine or violation will be waived or reduced.
  • The legal analysis is accurate, current, or applicable to your specific situation.
  • Procedural errors identified will be recognized by your HOA or a court.

5. Payment Terms

The full report is available for a one-time payment of $9.99 USD, processed via secure card checkout. Because the full report is delivered digitally and immediately upon payment, all sales are final. If you have an issue with your purchase, please contact support@fightmyhoa.com and we will do our best to resolve it.

6. User Responsibilities

  • You will not use this Service for unlawful purposes.
  • You understand the Service is informational and you remain responsible for your own legal decisions.
