2. Information We Collect
When you use FightMyHOA, we collect:
- Violation details you submit: state, violation type, description, and optional fields.
- Payment information: processed entirely by our secure payment processor. We never store your card number.
- Basic usage data: anonymous page views and device info via server logs.
- Email address: only if you contact us directly.
We do not require accounts. We do not collect your name or home address.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To generate your HOA violation analysis and dispute letter.
- To process your payment securely and unlock your full report.
- To respond to support requests.
- To monitor and improve the service.
4. Data Storage and Retention
Analysis results are stored temporarily in server memory. Results are automatically purged after 2 hours. We do not maintain a permanent database of your violation details.
Stripe retains payment records per their own privacy policy: stripe.com/privacy.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell or share your data, except:
- Payment processor: to process your payment securely.
- Anthropic: your violation details are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate the analysis. See anthropic.com/privacy.
- Legal requirements: if required by valid legal process.
Your data is never shared with your HOA or any real estate databases.
6. Cookies
We use minimal session cookies necessary for the service to function. No tracking or advertising cookies.
7. Security
All data is transmitted over HTTPS. API keys are stored server-side only and never exposed to the browser. Payment processing is handled by a PCI-compliant payment infrastructure.
